I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the Black Forest. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were modern and clean, with comfortable beds and even 2 balconies to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The mountain scenery was impressive and the snow was perfect for winter activities. The hotel was well located to visit different areas nearby. The sauna and pool were the best part. The breakfast was very varied and tasted nice.
The staff did not cater to our requests. We had a mountain view room, but there was no view at all, as we were facing an ugly roof.
